| "RNG" | Random Number Generator — the certified algorithmic system used to determine the outcome of electronic casino games offered on the Platform. |
| "RTP" | Return to Player — the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered funds returned to players over a statistically significant number of rounds for a given game. |

To register and maintain an active account on the Betasia Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active. Betasia strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities. Any Member found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.
The Platform is made available to individual users on a global basis subject to jurisdictional restrictions. It is the sole responsibility of each Member to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their country, state, or territory of residence. Betasia does not warrant that its services are legally accessible from any specific location.
Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by single individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, Betasia reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withold any pending balances pending investigation.
Accounts may only be used by the registered account holder for their own personal recreational gambling purposes. You may not use your account on behalf of any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or operate any account in a professional or commercial capacity.
When registering an account on the Betasia Platform, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided to Betasia during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any respect.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point during the lifecycle of your account at the Company's sole discretion, you may be required to complete a Know Your Customer verification process. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:
Betasia reserves the right to delay or withold withdrawals while KYC verification is pending. The Company will make reasonable efforts to complete verification promptly, but processing times may vary.
Betasia supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game category. General provisions applying to all wagering activities are set out below.
Sports betting markets are offered subject to the applicable sport-specific rules available on the Platform. Coverage includes English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, La Liga, UFC, and a broad range of domestic and international sporting events. Live in-play betting is available on selected events. Betasia is not responsible for the accuracy of live score feeds provided by third-party data providers.
Electronic casino games on the Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that produce statistically independent and unpredictable outcomes. All promotions are subject to specific Promotion Terms published at the time of the offer in addition to these General Terms.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Promotion Terms, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions will be clearly stated in the Promotion Terms for each individual offer.
Betasia maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk or hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and any coordinated or systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, Betasia reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the Member from the Platform.
Birthday bonuses are credited based on the verified VIP tier of the Member at the date of their birthday. Tier-based bonus amounts are as follows: Bronze — MYR 188; Silver — MYR 388; Gold — MYR 888; VIP Diamond — MYR 2,688. Date of birth verification is required. Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited once the referred Member completes their first qualifying deposit. Full Promotion Terms apply to both programmes.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
Betasia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; the Company reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; the account fails to pass KYC verification; or where applicable law or regulatory guidance requires the Company to take such action.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any remaining Account Balance (after deduction of any ineligible Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via their verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Betasia, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity even if Betasia has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Betasia's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member to their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Betasia does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data provided by Members to Betasia is governed by the Betasia Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Betasia is incorporated and licensed to operate.
Any dispute between Betasia and a Member shall in the first instance be referred to Betasia Customer Support for resolution through the Company's internal dispute resolution procedure. Betasia will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, Members may have recourse to the independent dispute resolution mechanisms provided under Betasia's applicable gaming licence.
